HOW TO APPLY

IMPORTANT NOTICE We are very grateful for your interest in the Geoffrey Roberts Award and should point out that  unfortunately there will be no  Award in 2013.

To apply, send an email to geoffreyrobertsaward@gmail.com with answers to the questions below, before 31 March. Please put in the subject line ‘GRA’ and then your name.

Applicants can be of any age, and be based anywhere in the world (perfect English is not essential). The Trustees are looking for genuine commitment to a project that will achieve something positive in the worlds of food and drink. Ideally the knowledge and experience gained by receiving a Geoffrey Roberts Award will be used not just for the applicant themselves but, for example, to benefit a particular group or community in a practical way.  See details of past winners for some idea of  the sort of projects we are interested in. Preference is given to those who provide a draft budget of how they would spend the Award if they received it.
